Fun Improv Jam night hosted by Improv Hawaii where Ethan provided the jams, and then teams were randomly assigned to create comedy + music (a musedy, if you will). Playing music is similar to comedy in that you have to use your creativity to improvise as well!

Ethan had the honor of playing in a Louis Armstrong and Trummy Young tribute show at Blue Note Hawaii, and meeting Andrea Young there. Andrea is the daughter of the late, great trombonist Trummy Young who was Louis Armstrong's right hand man for over a decade. Heard some crazy stories, played some great music, and got to hang out with jazz royalty!

The great part about being a piano player is getting to work with a ton of talented people and backing up the most amazing singers. This was a duo with vocalist Irie Love, a Kailua native whose mission as an artist is to "empower, inspire and entertain the world through her love of music."
